As the Managing Director and CEO, I am deeply committed to providing a pathway for Sri Lankan students to access high-quality Japanese language education and embrace the unique cultural experience Japan offers.
My journey and understanding of both Sri Lanka and Japan are the foundation upon which TM Global is built. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree, I have a strong academic background. Furthermore, my passion for Japan led me to pursue a Diploma in Japanese Language and achieve JLPT N4 certification, giving me a solid grasp of the language essential for life and study in Japan.
Having resided in Japan since 2019, I have gained invaluable firsthand experience of the Japanese education system, daily life, and the nuances of settling into a new country. This personal experience allows me to truly understand the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for our students. I leverage this knowledge to ensure that TM Global provides the most relevant, accurate, and practical guidance throughout your application and relocation process.

1️⃣ Initial Inquiry & Consultation: Reach out to us to express your interest. We’ll provide an initial consultation to understand your goals and give you an overview of the process and requirements.

Submit Documents
2️⃣ Application & Document Submission: Complete our student information form and gather all necessary personal, academic, and financial documents as per our checklist.

Document Verification
3️⃣ Document Verification & Preparation: Our team will carefully review and verify your submitted documents, ensuring they meet the required standards and preparing them for the next steps, including necessary translations.

Interview + Screening
4️⃣ Screening & School Application: You will undergo our screening process, which may include an interview and/or language assessment. Based on your profile and our evaluation, we will apply to suitable Japanese language schools on your behalf.
05.
Visa Application
5️⃣ Visa Application & Approval: Once accepted by a school and the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is issued by the Japanese immigration authorities, we will guide you through the student visa application process at the Japanese embassy.
06.
Prepare & Travel to Japan
6️⃣ Pre-Departure & Arrival Support: Receive essential orientation and guidance before traveling to Japan. Upon arrival, our partners in Japan will provide initial support to help you settle in
